All our services are strictly by appointment only, and prior booking is required, subject to availability. To secure your preferred therapist and time slot, we recommend booking in advance.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. You can confirm your booking by replying to the email or following the instructions provided.

While we welcome clients of all ages, we do not recommend facial treatments for individuals under the age of 13.

For clients aged 16 and below, parental or guardian consent is required prior to undergoing any Skin MoMo treatments.

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary consultation to help you better understand your skin and explore treatment options. During this session, our experts will discuss your skin concerns and guide you through the most suitable treatments and products for your unique needs.

At Skin MoMo, we understand that every skin type is unique. That’s why we use a state-of-the-art Skin Analysis machine as part of our Skin Discovery Analysis to evaluate your skin in detail.

This technology allows us to assess factors like hydration, elasticity, pigmentation, and more. Based on the results, our experts will craft a personalized treatment plan and product regimen tailored to your goals.

As your skin evolves, we will adjust our recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.

For first-time clients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a medical indemnity form and consultation process.

Important Note: Please accurately declare any known allergies, sensitive skin, or other medical concerns on the declaration form prior to starting your treatment. Skinmomo will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or issues arising from undeclared conditions.

For subsequent visits, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, China Union Pay, American Express.

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android Pay, GrabPay, PayWave.

• Others: Nets, Atome (with interest-free installment plans*), and Cash in local currency.

We kindly request all clients to check in at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

• If you are late, we may adjust the treatment duration or conclude the session at the original end time to ensure timely service for subsequent clients. Please note that the full treatment fee still applies.

• For arrivals exceeding 30 minutes past the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and automatically canceled.

Your punctuality helps us maintain a high standard of service for everyone!

We understand that schedules can change. To accommodate all clients, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a session deduction from your package or a cancellation fee.

• For "No-Shows," the session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

• Before Treatment: Avoid wearing heavy makeup or undergoing any aggressive skincare treatments (e.g., chemical peels) 24 hours prior.

• After Treatment: Refrain from direct sun exposure, vigorous exercise, or applying heavy skincare products for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
